Yoga classes like no other. First ever class to give me real results. It enhanced my mood, fixed my back pain issues and helped me develop flexibility. Highly recommended. Also instructor is super friendly and helpful.

I started aerial yoga mainly because i had back pain and my body suffered lack of flexibility.. Thanks to the amazing and relaxing aerial yoga courses with Saz i managed to stretch my body witch made my back pain disappear. i also noticed after few sessions a huge difference regarding my hips mobility which made me feel much more confortable with my body movements.. I wouldn’t have been able to achieve all this without the care and the professionalism of Sarah.. I highly recommend this studio!

Sara is very welcoming, dedicated and professional. I have been working out with her for months and I have gained strength and improved my flexibility. Her classes are so much fun and dynamic and she makes sure you feel safe and work your body properly. Thanks to her classes my back pain is gone and cannot recommend her enough!

Highly recommend. I started Aerial yoga with Saz and she helped me go from a nervous beginner to super confident in my hammock in no time.She is always calm and makes you feel comfortable and at ease. Whether you want to invigorate in the morning or calm down after a hard day then aerial yoga will be right for you, and with an instructor like Saz you cannot go wrong! I’ve invited a few friends to join me and no matter whether they are fit or not they have always enjoyed her classes and signed up for more!

I stretched my body, worked my core, and hung in positions I didn’t think my body could do. I definitely got a good sweat going and loved ending the class with a relaxing swing in the hammock. Such a great class!

The fly with Saz classes are absolutely amazing the environment is quite peaceful and amazing, the coach also is quite patient and very sweet I attended 4 sessions and I loved every part of it I would love to come for more not only does Aerial yoga help with flexibility but spirituality too and Saz was a wonderful coach for that ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

As a mother of 3…I started aerial yoga mainly because i had flexibility issues and my back pain. And in my classes I realised how my hands pain aswell.. Thanks to the amazing aerial yoga courses with Saz I can stretch my body which made my back pain less and now my hands pain is also getting better. I started feeling more confortable with my body movements..I highly recommend this saaz! Saz is very welcoming, dedicated and professional. Will definitely continue with her classes. 💝

I love airyoga with saz, it’s highly recommended to join airyoga classes for stretching the body, such amazing experience makes you fly and connect to your soul, Saz is one of the best trainer I’ve ever had Classes with, she is so patient, lovely, generous and kind with us. Air yoga can be helpful for disc cases or stiff joints or lower back pain 💜💜

I recently did an aerial yoga class with Sara at Fly High Fitness. She was very warm & welcoming and helped to demonstrate the moves as well as help each individual when needed. She speaks both English & Arabic. I’d definitely do one of her classes again and is a great teacher for those first time students who want to try Aerial Yoga too.
